| FORT BRAGG FREDERICK PHYSICAL FITNESS CENTER The new home of the Soldier Performance Enhancement Program (SPEP) at Fort Bragg, NC is a benchmark for military training facilities. The center was designed to open the door to alternative training techniques using modern Strength and Conditioning methods. | WAKE FOREST UNIVERSITY Wake Forest University Strength Coaches approached UCS Strength & Speed to assist in redesigning their existing weight room from the ground up. The athletic strength training facility caters to all 16 intercollegiate athletic programs, both women’s and men’s, including football. The existing facility had a wide variety of equipment amassed over several years from several manufacturers. Because of the confined space and numerous machines, the facility felt crowded and dark. | WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY The Washington State University Cougars recently tabbed UCS Strength & Speed for the first renovation of the school’s weight training facility in more than a decade. As part of a larger half-million-dollar-renovation that included two floors covering 14,000 square feet, UCS was charged with providing updated equipment that would help ensure the school’s training facilities remain among the best in the NCAA.
