UCS

UCS has designed, in conjunction with a long time professional strength coach, the Medicine Ball Bench. The adjustable back pad allows the athlete to select from 5 different positions and the ankle pads adjust to ensure secure support during activity. An oversized platform provides a stable position for a spotter to enhance excersizes using a variety of tools such as medicine balls and training bands.
