Offers a reduction in cost and meets all the tolerances specified, yet is easy to assemble. Accurate and aesthetically pleasing, this system has 18.5” wide sand catchers, keeping the area around the pit neat and allowing for sand storage. Aluminum grate and resilient perforated mats cover the sand catcher. Aluminum grate is guaranteed to withstand light vehicle traffic. Custom made in modular panels, aluminum covers are constructed out of 9.5”W x 1.75”H x 0.125” thick aluminum and framed with a 2.5”H x 1.5”W x 0.25” thick aluminum angle. Each cover panel features four recessed aluminum handles for ease in removing and replacing the cover. Inside pit dimensions measure 9'5"W x 23'1.5"L.
